The Inner Temple Detox Course is a 6-week guided journey that returns the responsibility for your health back into your own hands. Drawing on ancestral wisdom — practices once routine in Jamaica, West Africa, and across the diaspora — and on modern phytochemistry, you will learn to recognize the signs of parasitic burden, understand nine sovereign cleansing herbs and six parasite-disrupting foods, and follow a complete cleanse protocol you can repeat seasonally for the rest of your life.
